We are so delighted that you'll hopefully be joining us for our very special celebration this May in Rome!

As many of you are starting to prepare for your visit to the Eternal City we think it’s time to give you some info on our 3-day Roman Holiday.

We will start our celebrations on Thursday 24th at 6pm with a Cocktail/Aperitivo at the Empire Palace Hotel, a chance to catch up with old friends and make new ones before the big day.

Friday 25th at 5pm on the Aventino Hill terrace in Piazza Cavalieri di Malta 2, will be our WEDDING CEREMONY, with a musical APERITIVO followed by the RECEPTION. No need to carry your morning coats or dinner jackets, the look is simply …Elegant….

We’ve decided to try and break with the tradition of partying till the wee hours, and in the name of self-preservation, allow you a few hours sleep before you jump into your beach chic attire the following day...

Saturday 26th from 1pm join us for our unmissable all-day ‘LUNCH & DISCO DELIRIUM ON THE BEACH’ in Fregene, at La Rambla.

Please note for those wishing to return on Saturday evening, Fiumicino Int.l Airport is just a 20 mins drive away from our party.

But we hope you'll be staying until Sunday, when you'll be finally free to do as you wish and perhaps enjoy a little sightseeing too... 😎

Logistics: we have put in place a shuttle service with 2 coaches to the beach from Rome centre, with rides at 10:30am, 11,30am and 12pm.
And coming back around and after sunset. For those who will have to leave for Fiumicino airport or for Rome railway stations, there will be an extra ride from the beach to Fiumicino at a TBA time in the afternoon.

Of course, we strongly recommend you to stay until Sunday and chill with us. And why not indulge yet again in some classic Roman fare and join us for lunch in one of our favourite trattorias, Maccheroni, in the Pantheon area, at around 1pm...!!! 😋

Accomodation

Rome is a major tourist destination and there is no shortage of accommodation, but please note that it is high season in Rome.

We have made a block reservation at the Empire Palace Hotel. It’s very comfortable, central, super friendly and excellent service and we’ve been going there for 15 years. So just mention our wedding and they’ll give you a special price!

We also recommend these absolutely charming and lovely Hotels only a few minutes walk to the Reception. Book directly on the hotel website and you will get a 10% off when you mention our wedding!

HJ Hairdressers, run by the lovely Nilu, are located a few yards away from the Empire Palace Hotel. They work amazingly and quickly and will offer a 20% off on all services for those coming to the wedding! You can book directly from their Facebook page
